Head of Change (ERP Transformation) | Initial 6–12 Month Project | Hybrid | Circa £70k–£85k + Flex
East Yorkshire

A well-established, multi-site consumer-facing organisation is looking for an experienced Head of Change to lead a critical transformation programme on an initial 6–12 month project.

This is a dedicated change leadership role focused on shaping and delivering a 3–5 year ERP vision, embedding new ways of working and driving behavioural adoption across a large operational estate. The business needs someone who can step in, bring structure, build momentum with quick wins, and lead a full change strategy from tendering through to rollout and adoption.

The Role
Lead the end-to-end change strategy across communication, engagement and training
Shape the ERP vision and define future-state systems and processes
Drive early “quick win” improvements to build a change mindset
Lead ERP tendering, supplier evaluation and due diligence with key stakeholders
Facilitate as-is/to-be process workshops and operational design
Embed behavioural and process change across multi-site operations
Build and manage a Change Champion network
Oversee readiness, pilot and rollout activity
Act as the central point for all ERP change activity
What They’re Looking For
Proven leadership of large-scale transformation or ERP change programmes
Strong stakeholder engagement and influence at senior level
Experience in retail, hospitality, supply chain or operational environments
Strong process mapping and operational improvement capability
Confident communicator who can simplify complex change and drive adoption
